Titanium G5 VW Golf R MK7 and MK7.5 Exhaust – Cat-back

Our Kobe Motorsport exhaust system are state of the art products that have been through testing and quality assurance. This system is made from high quality G5 Titanium and have pie-cut bends, fully TIG welded and offer 1.2mm Thick wall thickness. The weight reduction from titanium is approxmaitly 40%, this means you are saving about 10kg compared to our stainless steel version.
 
Our Golf R Cat back system, offers a large muffler design which helps reduce drone at high RPM and also internal baffling and smooth internal exhaust runners to help with flow. Unlike most aftermarket Golf R cat-back systems which either delete the valves or you have to new run cabling to a 3rd party valve control. This cat-back also features OEM Valve control system, which can be turn off/on via the Golf R’s infotainment unit from normal to race mode. Sound: Valves Closed: it approximately has the same volume as the stock system but in race mode (mild tone) Valves Opened: Loud ;)

*Because the tips are rolled style, you cannot roll titanium this way, so the top are made from 304 Stainless steel, along with clamps.
